Cadillac Ranch - Amarillo, Texas

April 4, 2019 (Date I was here) The first trip on my bucket list is Amarillo, Texas. I've been here once many years ago but I was driving through to see Palo Duro Canyon and didn't get to stop and see anything the city had to offer. I decided to remedy that and plan a 3 day mini trip here. Also, my dad lived here for about a year when he was a child and has always said he wanted to go back one day so I made that possible for him. The first attraction in Amarillo on the list is Cadillac Ranch. This is a public art piece featuring 10 half buried Cadillacs from the years 1949-1963. My Travel Dream Is My Bucket List

Everyone has a dream! Some dream to one day own a nice house (my best friend), others dream about getting a career....then there's me. My dream isn't so simple and it's not something that can be achieved overnight or even in a year or two. My dream has always been to travel across the whole US and see every state at least once. But where do I begin? I decided to write down a list of each state and pick out cities and points of interest in each one that I wanted to visit. What came out of that brainstorm was 90 bucket list trips. I wanted to record my travels in a journal but honestly who would read it? So I decided to write this blog and dedicate it to my dream of traveling and all the trips and fun stuff I get to do through the next 30 years of my life. Yes I said 30 years! I'm not rich by any means so it will take about that long to see everything I want. Hopefully anyway. Why traveling you ask? Well it's simple. I'm an adventurer by nature.
